Title Insurance
SingleSource offers nationwide title insurance services through TICOR and First American. SingleSource specializes in purchase money transactions and assigns a specific Title/Closing Specialist who directly oversees all aspects of the title/closing process. We have found this type of service to be far superior to the assembly-line processes typically found in the title insurance industry today.
Property Reports
SingleSource offers Property Reports on a nationwide basis typically in 48 hours or less. While not approved for title insurance purposes, our reports provide quick and accurate property information, including owners, encumbrances, mortgages, and annual real estate taxes.
Deed Preparation
Along with HUD-1 Settlement Preparation Services, SingleSource also offers same day as well as "expedited" Deed Preparation Services in many states across the country. Our documents are standardized to reduce data entry errors and can also be requested in conjunction with Title Insurance and/or REO Services.
Courtesy Closings
SingleSource offers Courtesy Closing Services for Loan Originators as well as to third party providers for many of the nation's largest lenders. Our staff retains and recruits agents who are familiar with the closing process to help you close your loans faster with fewer post closing issues.
Residential Mortgage Survey
The Residential Mortgage Survey is used as a means to omit the Survey Endorsement from the final title binder. SingleSource maintains a national network of Surveyors for comprehensive nationwide survey coverage.
