COVID-19 Update Image

(Update as of 3/30) With respect to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Sunday, March 15, the governor of Puerto Rico issued an executive order establishing an island-wide curfew through April 12. During the daytime, resident travel is restricted to visiting medical facilities, supermarkets, gas station only (outlined in Section 6 of the bulletin below).

We have spoken with our vendor partners who have all confirmed – as a result as of March 30, all active work orders in PR will be placed on Hold through 4/12 at a minimum. These work orders include inspections (for occupancy and appraisal), all preservation work, closings, and property showings.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and communicate any changes as well as any additional lock downs in any of the regions in which we operate. Please be aware that all active work orders in Puerto Rico will be on Hold until further notice.

Our hope is that our vendor partners, employees and customers all remain safe and healthy during this time.

Thank you for your continued partnership.

Sincerely,
SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC.
