SingleSource is a separate entity from your Mortgage Company. Please direct all questions regarding your application and/or additional inquiries pertaining to your financing to your Mortgage Company directly.
*Before proceeding, please understand this is not a traditional appraisal report request. This is a complex valuation that requires multiple parcels, documents, analysis, and values for the assigned real estate appraiser. As a result, the fees associated with the valuation and the amount of time to complete the report will be higher and longer than the traditional single-family report process. If multiple parcels are involved, confirmation / support that all parcels are deeded as one is required. If the parcels are deeded separately (already split), please stop and contact your Mortgage Company prior to proceeding with this order.
