Matt has been working in the Valuation and Financial Services industry for over 20 years. He joined SingleSource as a Senior Staff Appraiser and has grown into the role of Vice President, Appraisal Modernization & Quality Control due to his background in sales, client development, and valuations.
Matt’s background includes ownership in a successful real estate appraisal firm for over 15 years working with top banks and mortgage firms, SVP of sales and operations for a regional real estate company, VP of Sales for a national real estate inspection and hybrid valuation firm, and Regional Manager for Assurant developing Hybrid/Alternative valuation products, among others. He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with extensive knowledge and expertise in Hybrid/Alternate valuations and has developed several successful products that have been used nationwide by the nation’s largest financial institutions. Matt’s unique background in national B2B sales along with his comprehensive experience in valuations and development make him a knowledgeable resource for SingleSource clients.
Matt graduated from Kennesaw State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. Matt is married with three children and spends his free time with family, coaching his kid’s youth sports teams, boating, fishing, and trying to be a golfer.
