Sarah Krulce graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Crime, Law, and Justice. She received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies, concentrating in civil litigation, from Duquesne University, one of only a handful of programs in the entire country approved by the American Bar Association and administered by a School of Law. She then went on to pass the Certified Paralegal exam through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), the leading paralegal association in the United States.
Sarah has been with SingleSource Property Solutions since 2008. She has worked in Valuations, where she was the Operations Manager overseeing the assignment of Broker Price Options (BPOs) and REO listings. She was promoted to Director of the Property Preservation department in 2014. In 2020, the Property Preservation department was restructured to Field Services, where she was promoted to Director of Service Provider Management and now Senior Director of Field Services.
Sarah is a member of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and the Penn State Alumni Association. In her free time, she enjoys bowling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
