Holly Wilson is Senior Vice President of Operations at SingleSource, leading the company’s operations leadership team and building stronger coordination across sales, finance, technology, and client service. Holly also oversees budget accountability across all business lines, focusing on SLA compliance and measurable process improvements to provide clients with faster turnaround times and greater consistency.
Holly brings deep experience in mortgage operations and title/closing vendor work. Most recently, she held several leadership roles at Freedom Mortgage, including director of IT product management, where she implemented technology to improve processes across retail, wholesale, and correspondent channels. She also led title and appraisal operations for the company’s retail call center, along with support teams in wholesale operations. Prior to Freedom Mortgage, Holly managed vendor relations and served as a closing leader for Title Resource Group (TRG).
