We are thrilled to congratulate SingleSource SVP of Operations Ashley Abbondanza for being selected as one of this year’s Mortgage Stars by Mortgage Women Magazine. She is featured in this month’s issue celebrating women in the mortgage industry who rise above the rest. Ashley is a cornerstone of our organization and has been critical in launching many of SingleSource’s major technological advances over the years. She embraces her role as a dynamic leader within our organization and her growth is an inspiration.
She continually provides business analytics to help manage our inventory, vendor partner panel and performance, and to uncover hidden opportunities. She has the uncommon ability to step back and look at long standing processes with fresh, innovative eyes then bring those transformational ideas to life.
Over the last 3 years, SingleSource has made significant investment into growing its technology to connect and bring greater value both internally and externally, and Ashley has been an integral part of this growth. Ashley applies Agile principles as a product owner in service to the company’s technology developments. She is a Scrum and Kanban advocate and a Certified Scrum Master, connecting team members from across operational groups as well as from partner organizations into software development initiatives to maximize value creation.
